About

Our Lady of Providence Medical

A Direct Primary Care practice serving Scranton and the NEPA community with office, home, worksite, and telemedicine visits.

Our Lady of Providence Medical seeks to provide a new model of primary care for the NEPA community. Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) structure enables appropriate levels of care for each individual’s needs — with time, access, and continuity at the center.

We do not bill insurance. A monthly membership supports a reasonable panel size so patients receive same or next-day weekday appointments, discounted on-site labs, 24/7 provider coverage, home visits, nutrition counseling, weight-loss assistance, telemedicine, referral services, wellness modalities, and more.

While children currently cannot be members, we are available for pediatric appointments age 8 and up on an as-needed basis. Children of members are charged a discounted fee of $29 to $49 per visit.
